1 John 4:7-8

“Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”

Romans 8:38

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Prayer

Father,

You are faultless love. This love is not a feeling You experience now and then, love is who You are always and therefore, You never act separate from love. There is nothing weak or fragile about this enduring love. It moves ferociously, even violently to protect and defend Your people. Your love powerfully revives and raises the human soul from spiritual death to jolting life in the Spirit. No force can detour the majesty of Your love that acts to revive the hearts of humankind, who could never awaken themselves. Your love covenant through Christ with Your people can never be threatened or severed, because it is founded in love; the very being of the unconquerable God.
